Forest Bathing

Join Wil Brunner, a Certified Nature & Forest Therapy Guide, for a guided forest bathing walk featuring mindful, sensory activities to relax our bodies & clear our minds. Forest bathing or shinrin-yoku in Japan, can help to reduce blood pressure and stress levels while improving energy and sleep. It is a supportive and trauma informed practice that promotes connection to nature and community.
