The goal - to unveil, every four years, a permanent piece of public art by means of juried process.
The Public Art Policy will be governed by a committee of council – the Art in Public Places Committee. The committee will advise on the implementation of the policy, propose the scope and terms of reference for each new public art project, and recommend for approval the members of the jury for each project.
