We will not be accepting registrations until Monday, May 8th at 8:30am. Any registrations received before then will not be accepted and spots will be on a first come, first serve basis beginning at 8:30am. Planet Protectors Camp
Dates: July 10th – July 14th
Ages: 6-8
Do you have what it takes to be a planet protector? During this weeklong camp, campers will explore climate change and learn how we can make a difference in protecting our planet! We will be exploring the local environment in Wolfville, conducting experiments and playing games that will help us understand what we can do to protect our planet.
Wilderness Survival (FULL)
Dates: July 17th-July 21st
Ages: 9-13
Welcome to Wilderness Survival Camp, where campers will learn how to thrive in the great outdoors! Our camp is designed for youth who love to explore and want to learn essential survival skills. Campers will learn preliminary navigation skills, how to build a fire, create shelters, knot tying and other outdoor skills. Campers will test out their new outdoor skills with survivor-based activities throughout the week.
Girls for Adventure Camp
Dates: July 24th-28th
Ages: 7-13
This camp is open to youth who identify as female. Enjoy nature-themed yoga, local adventures around Wolfville, learn wilderness skills, increase food awareness and try various outdoor recreation activities. Girls for Adventure provides a safe space for campers to feel connected as a team, have fun and learn together.
Wolfville’s Future Biologists
Dates: July 31st – August 4th
Ages: 6-8
Are you ready to become the future biologists of Wolfville? Learning about the creatures that make up Wolfville’s biodiversity, campers will become junior biologists and explore how insects, plants, and organisms live in unison. They will learn about habitats, life cycles and adaptations with adventures around town, games, and crafts. Campers will get to experience first-hand how these creatures live locally and learn the importance of conservation.
Aqua Adventure Camp (FULL)
Dates: August 14th-18th
Ages: 6-8
Using Wolfville’s various waterways, campers will get hands-on opportunities to explore and play in the biodiversity of water. Campers will learn how organisms use various water sources within their life cycle and how water is a necessity to all life on earth! Be ready to get wet during this week of camp to stay cool in the hot Wolfville summers.
Food, Farming and Fun (FULL)
Dates: August 21st-25th
Ages: 9-13
We hope you come hungry to learn for this week-long camp focused on growing and cooking our own food! Campers will learn about ‘Food as Fuel’ for the body and mind, as well as the importance of buying fresh and local food and the effect it has on the environment and your health. They will see firsthand where food is harvested locally, learn to garden and try cooking their own food in the outdoors. Bring your appetite to learn and have fun!
