The Town of Wolfville is seeking enthusiastic and energetic Citizens to serve on the RCMP Advisory Board

Do you want to play a role in the Town of Wolfville’s Future?

Become a member of one of Wolfville’s Committees of Council The Town of Wolfville has an immediate opening on the RCMP Advisory Board for a member at large to serve a 3-year term. 


The RCMP Advisory Board as mandated by the Nova Scotia Police Act, subsection 57(1), provide’s advice to Council relating to the enforcement of the law, the maintenance of law and order and prevention of crime in the Town.  


This Committee makes recommendations to Town Council and when Town Council meets, they consider these recommendations to help with their decision-making. Serving on a Town of Wolfville Committee of Council is one of the ways you can get involved and make a difference in our community.  There are two very rewarding parts to belonging to a Committee of Council.  On a personal level, you can learn so much about the Town and its workings and, secondly, you have a voice and potentially make a positive impact on our community.
