Evaluation Principles

Applications will be evaluated using the following principles:

- Financial Sustainability & Management
- Community Benefit
- Active Living
- Heritage & Diversity
- Accessibility

Please see Appendix B for further descriptions of these principles. Upload a description of your program or event, including reference to its alignment with each of these principles. Applicants are encouraged to provide as much detail as possible so that staff may adequately evaluate each request.

Appeal

All decisions regarding the allocation of funding may be appealed to Council within 7 days of being notified of the decision of staff. Council’s decision regarding the appeal shall be final.
