Earth Day Forest Bathing

Celebrate Earth Day with Wil Brunner, a Certified Nature & Forest Therapy Guide, for a guided forest bathing walk in the Wolfville Watershed Nature Preserve April 20th from 10:00am-12:00pm.

Earth Day is a perfect time to celebrate our local natural areas, critters, and creatures. Forest Bathing is quality time to connect with the Earth, feel relaxed and inspired, and practice our care.

This program is free, with donations being accepted towards the Nova Scotia Nature Trust.

Forest bathing, or shinrin-yoku in Japan, can help to reduce blood pressure and stress levels while improving energy and sleep. It is a supportive and trauma informed practice that promotes connection to nature and community.
