Bylaw Enforcement - Compliance

The Town of Wolfville by-laws are designed to protect the health and safety of its residents. It is through by-laws that high standards are met and encouraged throughout all aspects of life here in Wolfville.
The Town of Wolfville employs Compliance Officers who work with residents, visitors, businesses and Town partners to keep the Town safe and functioning at a high level.
We enforce:
- Residential Bylaws
- Animal Control Bylaws
- Parking Bylaws
- Commercial Bylaws
- Building Code Bylaws
Our Compliance Officers have designated Special Constable status, allowing them to issue warnings and citations as needed, respond to, and investigate complaints, enforce municipal and Town By-laws, and enforce parking by-laws on Town streets.
