Main Street, from Elm to Harbourside, will be closed for a Street Party and Dance on Friday from 5pm - 10:30pm. On Saturday night, please be aware that fireworks will be deployed around 10pm for a few minutes.

Our focus is on General Physical Preparedness (GPP) because fitness is not about what you look like, but what you are capable of. We pull from multiple disciplines to create a broad, general and inclusive program. Here at Tidal you will be training for life, not just to be good at fitness or to look a certain way.

Building strength is our ultimate goal, but with strength also comes the necessity to be flexible, to be fast and to be agile. Life can be unknown and we want you to be prepared for it. Think squat, push, pull, run, jump, drag, press and throw as opposed to bicep curls and leg extensions. The body works as a unit, so let’s train it that way.

GPP has the power to change you physically, mentally and emotionally. Let’s do it together!
