Ballroom dancing is famous for being a beautiful, athletic, and enjoyable, artistic form of social recreation. It's a great way to get in shape and tone your muscles, but it's also been proven to reduce the chances of developing dementia and supports a healthy brain for people of all ages!

Although Ballroom is traditionally danced in a competitive fashion, in movies, or on TV, it is a favourite among many dancers, for being a lot of fun to do. In addition to being really good for your mental and physical health, learning Ballroom dancing can help you to become a great leader or a successful follower, it can assist in improving trust and communication between partners, boost your confidence, and even improve emotional intelligence.
