Fall Tai Chi

Combined Yang style Tai Chi with Qigong classes happening weekly this Fall at the Lions Hall (36 Elm).  Wednesdays from 4:00-5:00pm Sept 17- November 26th with no class on October 1st.

Drop-ins are welcome at the cost of $12 per session and are paid with cash at the program start.

Tai chi is one of the most effective exercises for the health of the mind and the body. It cultivates the balance of harmony and health within yourself.

Qigong harnesses the breath, movement and intention to create a healthy balance in the body.
