Forest Bathing

 

Wednesday July 12th from 6:30-8:30pm.

 

Join Wil Brunner, a Certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide, for a forest bathing walk featuring, sensory activities to relax our bodies and clear our minds. Forest bathing or shinrin-yoku in Japan, can help to reduce blood pressure and stress levels while improving energy and sleep. It is a supportive and trauma informed practice that promotes connection to nature and community.

 

Program will take place in the Woodland Trails. Parking lot is located 81 University Ave.
