Beginning at 6:00PM, on May 19, 2026, the Town of Wolfville will hold a Public Hearing at the Town Hall Council Chambers, 359 Main Street regarding Development Agreement 2026-001 – Hillside Avenue Multi-unit Building, Student Housing Nova Scotia

The purpose of this meeting is to provide an opportunity for the public to share their opinions on the subject matter to Council. The above noted meeting is open to the public and you are encouraged to attend and provide input.
The proposal is to build a residential multi-unit building. This would include 12 dwelling units, 15 parking spaces, two barrier free units on the ground floor and site landscaping.
