Tai Chi
This round of Tai Chi programs will be on Wednesday evenings from 6:00-7:30pm beginning Wednesday Febuary 14th and going until April 10th for 8 sessions. (No class on March 20th)
Classes will be held at the Lions Hall in Wolfville (36 Elm Ave).
The cost is $75 for all 8 classes or $10 per class as a drop in fee.
Tai Chi incorporates slow and intentional movements and is great for both physical and mental health!
This program is suited for all experience levels alike.
