Combined Yang style Tai Chi with Qigong classes happening this weekly Fall at the Lions Hall (36 Elm Ave). Wednesdays from 6:00-7:30pm Sept 25- November 20th. No class on October 9th.
Tai chi is one of the most effective exercises for the health of the mind and the body. It cultivates the balance of harmony and health within yourself.
Qigong harnesses the breath, movement and intention to create a healthy balance in the body.
