A FREE “Try it in Wolfville” program on Monday afternoons from 2:30-4:00pm at the Wolfville Curling Club (22 Elm Ave)
It will begin October 16th and go until November 6th.
Tai Chi incorporates slow and intentional movements and is great for both physical and mental health!
This program is suited for all experience levels alike.
