Try It in Wolfville is excited to offer a beginner Karate class on Saturday, May 24th, 2025 from 10 am - 11:30 am at the Recreation Center (7 Victoria St, Wolfville).
The program is for residents of all ages, genders, and abilities to experience the benefits of karate in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Whether you're completely new or looking to refresh your skills, this session is a great way to build confidence, improve fitness, and learn basic self-defense techniques. Come stretch out your muscles and get ready for summer!
No uniform? No problem! Just wear a tracksuit or any suitable sportswear. Karate uniforms are welcome but not required.
