The Town of Wolfville is inviting applications for one (1) full-time (permanent seasonal) Parks Labourer with the Parks and Recreation Department. This position is part of the Service Employees International Union Local 2 and is eligible to participate in the Town’s Employee Benefits plan. 

Responsibilities include carrying out land and hardscaping, general maintenance on all Town maintained green spaces, parks and trail, and other maintenance and event set-up duties as required. 

The position requires 40 hours per week (with 11 weeks remaining this season) and may include evenings and weekends. A valid class 5 driver’s license is required. Work season typically starts in April and finishes in October.
