The planned intersection closure of Highland & Pleasant/Skyway has been updated. The closure will continue until end of day Thursday, May 25, 2023 as the crew needs the extra day to complete the work. The intersection will remain fully closed to all traffic for May 24 & 25, to allow for safe execution of the remaining reconstruction work. Residents are advised to expect additional delays, closures, and/or detours around the work area (Highland Ave from Prospect to south of the Pleasant/Skyway intersection) while sidewalk, concrete curb, asphalt paving, and final landscaping/cleanup occurs towards the end of May.
