The naming of municipal assets, including parks, streets and buildings, is a way to showcase history, heroes, and community values.
With a new Municipal Asset Naming Policy in place, the Town of Wolfville is seeking suggestions for future consideration to help name and rename assets with a clear purpose: to provide a consistent and efficient process when naming or renaming municipal assets and for the Town to use asset naming as a means of redress (to fix and make amends) and reconciliation.
