NOTICE OF PASSING

LAND USE BYLAW AMENDMENTS

 

TAKE NOTICE that on June 25, 2024, the Wolfville Town Council passed motions to amend the Land Use Bylaw to rezone properties at 123, 123-1 Highland Avenue, and PID 55274575 (Gaspereau Avenue) from Medium Density Residential (R-3) to High Density Residential – Multi-Dwelling Unit (R-MDU).

 

The Land Use Bylaw amendments may be reviewed at www.wolfville.ca/current-planning-applications or by contacting the Planning and Development Department, 200 Dykeland Street, Wolfville, weekdays between 8:30AM and 4:30PM,  by phone (902-542-0368) or by email at planning@wolfville.ca

 

Council’s decision may be appealed to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board within 14 days from the publication of this notice posted July 5, 2024.
