Public Hearings Highland Avenue and Gaspereau Avenue Rezoning Applications

Beginning at 6:00PM, on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, the Town of Wolfville will hold a hybrid Public Hearing in the Council Chambers of Town Hall at 359 Main Street, as well as via Zoom (please contact Laura Morrison at Lmorrison@wolfville.ca prior to 4:00PM on June 25th to obtain the link) regarding two Land Use Bylaw Amendment Proposals:

1. To change the zoning of 123 and 123-1 Highland Avenue (PIDs 55271738 and 55350045) from Medium Density Residential (R-3) zoning to High Density Residential– Multi Dwelling Unit (R-MDU) zoning.

2. To change the zoning of PID 55274575 (Gaspereau Avenue) from Medium Density Residential (R-3) zoning to High Density Residential– Multi Dwelling Unit (R-MDU) zoning.
