Please be advised that a watermain break has been detected on Cherry Lane, crews will be turning off the water and start the repairs at approximately 2:30pm. Residents on Cherry Lane from Main Street to Marsh Hawk Drive will be without water from 2:30pm until the repair has been completed.
Once service is re-established you may experience some discoloured water. If so, you can flush your system by running the cold water for several minutes. This will help eliminate any dirt and air that may have gotten into the lines during the upgrade. It’s best to flush through a tap without a strainer such as a bathtub tap or outside hose bib.
