Beginning at 6:00AM, Tuesday May 13, 2025, and continuing to approximately 6:00PM crews will be working on a service installation at 108 Main Street. There will be a scheduled water interruption affecting residents on Main Street, from Maple Avenue to Olsen Drive.

Residents are advised to stockpile the necessary water needed for this period before to 6:00AM, Tuesday May 13, 2025.

Motorists are asked to be patient and to reduce speeds going through the  worksites, as Traffic control Personnel will be present.

Once service is re-established you may experience some discoloured water. If so, you can flush your system by running the cold water for several minutes. This will help eliminate any discolouration or air that may have gotten into the lines during the upgrade. It’s best to flush through a tap without a strainer such as a bathtub tap or outside hose bib.

The Harvest Moon Trailway is a trail that passes through Wolfville, Nova Scotia. This Project includes the replacement of approximately 440 m of the gravel trail with a dual-lane asphalt active transportation trail from Harbourside Drive to the west side of the Wolfville Farmer’s Market, as well as construction of an active transportation connection approximately 270 m long between the west side of the Wolfville Farmer’s Market and the intersection of Highland Avenue and Main Street.

Please be advised that line painting equipment will be doing our line painting, starting at 11:00pm this project should take about 4 hours. The work is taking place in the overnight hours as there will be less traffic. 

Please be advised on May 9, 2025 the Subway parking lot located at 471 Main Street will be closed starting at 5am while crews do parking lot repairs and it will remain closed most of the day until the work is completed.

Any vehicles found parked in the lot during the closure will be towed at the owners expense.
