For residents that may have experienced frozen waterlines in the past during extreme low temperatures, letting  the cold water drip from a faucet, even at a trickle will helps prevent pipes from freezing.

Municipal Well Screen Cleaning and Inspection
The Town of Wolfville will be accepting proposals for the cleaning and inspection of each of the Town’s two municipal wells.  The work is expected to be completed by June 30, 2025 

Proposals will be received until 14:00, local time, Thursday, February 6, 2025.

The Town of Wolfville seeks quotations for the replacement of two exterior (2) doors on the Wickwire Wellhouse located at 14 Wickwire Avenue, Wolfville, as per figure 1 below.  The request for quotation is for the supply of all necessary labor, materials and equipment to complete the work outlined in the Scope and Specifications below. Installation and supply of both doors to be provided by the successful contractor.
