Tai Chi and Qigong

Combined Yang style Tai Chi with Qigong classes happening this winter weekly at the Lions Hall (36 Elm).  Fridays at 10:00-11:30am. January 10th- March 7th for a total of 8 classes (No Class Feb 7th). $80 for the 8 weeks of lessons.

Tai chi is one of the most effective exercises for the health of the mind and the body. It cultivates the balance of harmony and health within yourself.

Qigong harnesses the breath, movement and intention to create a healthy balance in the body.
