On Thanksgiving Weekend, October 9th to 11th, 750 people will be participating in the 28th Valley Harvest Marathon. They will make their way through the beautiful town of Wolfville and surrounding area. Historically, the Valley Harvest Marathon occurred on Sunday morning, except the Kids race, which occurred on Saturday afternoon.
Due to COVID-19, there have been several changes to the Valley Harvest Marathon for 2020. The Valley Harvest Marathon will now occur over three days instead of one. All races will start and finish at the Wolfville Waterfront Park. The 5KM and 10KM will take place on the dykelands and Wolfville Rail Trail. The Marathon and Half Marathon will head to Port Williams via Main street and HWY 358 then return along the Wolfville Rail Trail. The Marathon will be a double loop of the Half Marathon route. The kids run will be virtual for 2020.
