TROY Restaurant is proudly owned and operated by Acadia University Alumni 2009 (In Pulvere Vinces!) and former classmates Daniel Franck and Wil Lang.  

The two took notice of the beauty and potential of the Annapolis Valley while studying Theatre at Acadia, returning to the area with commitment and enthusiasm to support the region's emergence as one of the premier culinary and wine destinations in North America.
