The Town of Wolfville is inviting applications for 2 (two) permanent seasonal Crossing Guard(s). Reporting to the Town of Wolfville Compliance Department, this role is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy working outdoors, care about children’s safety, and want to make a meaningful contribution to our community. This position contributes to a coordinated safety team serving the school community and provides vigilant supervision of pedestrian crossings, ensuring the safety of students and community members. You will provide a visible, positive impact to Wolfville by creating a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

We are seeking candidates with a demonstrated ability to follow safety protocols, maintain situational awareness, and interact effectively with children, families, and the public. You are someone who understands that children’s safety depends on your consistent presence and ability to be alert and expect the unexpected. A familiar face in the community that can give clear instructions and directions to the public, while maintaining a warm and supportive demeanor.
