The Town of Wolfville is inviting applications for a full-time, permanent Manager of Environmental Services. Reporting to the Director of Planning & Public Works, this role provides leadership in the operation, maintenance, and emergency preparedness of the Town’s water and wastewater systems. You will oversee compliance, capital planning, and workforce management, ensuring these essential services are safe, reliable, and sustainable.

You will also contribute to broader infrastructure initiatives such as project management, asset management, and consultant coordination, while working closely with staff, Council, and community partners such as Acadia University. With major upgrades underway, this is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on one of Nova Scotia’s most vibrant towns.
We are seeking candidates with experience in water and wastewater management, or related technical or project management backgrounds, who thrive in a collaborative environment.
