Residents are reporting an increasing number of house parties this summer season. Residents and visitors to Wolfville need to be familiar with the Nuisance Party By-law when planning events.
Our by-law team have Special Constable status, which means they can issue a nuisance party order (warning) or a summary offence ticket to hosts, property owners and guests if the By-law is contravened.
