Residents on temporary water with regards to the Highland Avenue project, please be advised there are freezing temperatures in the forecast. Per the handout you received, residents are asked to run a faucet at a well drained sink in a pencil sized continuous stream on nights when the temperature is expected to drop below zero degrees Celsius.
