Motorists will be directed to detours on Saturday, September 28 from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm as a parade route is closed for the Deep Roots Kids' Parade.
The parade route includes Main, Central, Front and Elm Streets and detours will be marked.
A winter storm is set to deliver a significant amount of snow over the next 24 hours. Plows will be out overnight, which means cars left on the street should expect to be be ticketed or towed.
