Acadia Secondary Planning Strategy
A Secondary Planning Strategy will involve the Town and Acadia University identifying and enabling opportunities for residential development on the south-east campus, the lands near Crowell Tower. The Secondary Plan will provide the University an opportunity to create an investment-ready area that could provide co-benefits to the community, private investment and the university.
