On behalf of Council, Mayor Wendy Donovan has announced Glenn Horne as the new Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of Wolfville. With 15 years of experience as a public servant, most recently as the CAO for Antigonish County, Horne will provide support for Town staff and Council.
