Municipal Well Screen Cleaning and Inspection
The Town of Wolfville will be accepting proposals for the cleaning and inspection of each of the Town’s two municipal wells.  The work is expected to be completed by June 30, 2025 

Proposals will be received until 14:00, local time, Thursday, February 6, 2025.

All proposals must be submitted electronically in a single PDF file, by email to kouterleys@wolfville.ca.

All inquiries related to this RFP (except scheduling of site visits) shall be addressed, in writing, to Alexander J. de Sousa, P.Eng. by email at adesousa@wolfville.ca. Information obtained from any other source is not official and is not binding upon the Town of Wolfville. 

The Town of Wolfville seeks quotations for the replacement of two exterior (2) doors on the Wickwire Wellhouse located at 14 Wickwire Avenue, Wolfville, as per figure 1 below.  The request for quotation is for the supply of all necessary labor, materials and equipment to complete the work outlined in the Scope and Specifications below. Installation and supply of both doors to be provided by the successful contractor.  

Quotations will be received until 14:00, local time, Tuesday, January 28, 2024.

Pleased be advised that the tree collection has been extended until Friday, January 24, 2025. 

Trees placed at the curb after January 24, 2025, will not be collected by the Town.

After January 20, trees are accepted free of charge at the Valley Waste Resources Transfer Station located at 90 Donald E Hiltz Connector Rd., Kentville during the month of January.
