The Memory Cafe Nova Scotia project is an Age-Friendly Communities Initiative to improve social and emotional well-being for older adults with memory challenges and their care partners and families. A nonprofit collaborative project between municipalities, local businesses, artists, health care providers, support organizations and volunteers, Memory Cafe Nova Scotia started with its first Cafe in Wolfville in 2019 and is working to bring this program to other communities across the province.
