Camps filled up extremely quick last year, registration is on a first come first served basis through the link above.
Camps will run Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm and will take place at the Recreation Center (7 Victoria Ave). Most of the camps will take place outside so dress appropriate for the weather. More details will be given for each camp closer to the time.
Nature Navigators (July 7-11) Ages 6-9:
Welcome all weather enthusiasts and outdoorsy kids to Nature Navigators! Campers will spend a week exploring the weather outdoors, the science behind climate, and learning and practicing sustainability. From tracking the daily weather to exploring activities we can to do be sustainable, campers will engage in recycling crafts, exciting games, and thrilling science experiments. By the end of the week, campers will be ready to take a step in protecting the planet!
Summit Seekers (July 14-18) Ages 10-13:
Welcome all adventure lovers to Summit Seekers adventure week. At Summit Seekers, campers will spend an exciting week filled with adventure in the outdoors. Campers will learn all of the essential camping skills and putting them to work on daily adventures to experience the thrill of the outdoors! After this week, campers will be ready to set out on their own outdoor expedition!
Mud Creek Mystery (July 21-25)Ages 6-9:
Calling all curious kids! Undercover the outdoor wonders and mystery to the history of the wonderful Town of Wolfville. Campers will put on their detective hats to solve the mystery of how the Wolfville we know and love came to be while exploring the unique environment of the Annapolis Valley. Campers will spend their time exploring the outdoor landmarks, looking for clues and doing activities to dig into the outdoor history of Wolfville to solve the Mud Creek Mystery.
Girls on the Go! (July 28- August 1) Ages 6-9:
Are you ready for a fun-filled week exploring the outdoors and empowering young girls? Your girls will be on the go all week exploring the great outdoors, doing crafts, and making new friends while empowering young girls to step out of their comfort zones. Girls, get ready for a fun-filled week full of memories!
Crops and Critters (August 5- 8) Ages 6-9:
Welcome to Crops and Critters, where we will spend a week having some farm-tastic fun! Campers will explore the world of agriculture, learning how food gets from farm to table, and playing games and activities all about farming. From planting seeds, to soil science, and even agriculture crafts, campers will leave this week as mini-farmers ready to plant their own gardens and grow their own crops!
Tiny Trailblazers (August 11-15) Ages 6-9:
Calling all outdoors lovers! Welcome to Tiny Trailblazers where we will spend a fun filled week going on adventures and perfecting our outdoor skills. Campers will explore local nature and hike while we learn all the essential outdoor skills like building shelters, tying knots, and identifying plants. Join us for a week filled with outdoor activities and team-building fun!
Science Scouts (August 18-22) Ages 6-9:
Get ready for a fun-filled week of science at Science Scouts camp. Campers will spend an action-packed week full of science experiments and hands-on activities to discover all the different areas of science all while exploring the outdoors! From exploring local plants, animals, and bugs, understanding the eco-systems that surround us, all the way up to exploring fossils and the history of Earth and what surrounds our Earth as it orbits, campers will come out of this week as super outdoor scientists!
Survival Quest (August 25-29) Ages 10-13:
From the tiny town of Wolfville, Nova Scotia, Campers will engage in the adventure of a lifetime. An action-packed week will be spent conquering the skills essential to outdoor survival. Campers will be split into teams engaging in exciting outdoor challenges, building shelters, navigating and orienteering, tying knots, and more to take on the Survival Quest challenge.
