Development Agreement Proposal - Lot PM-1 Main Street

As of March 7th, 2018, the property owners of Lot PM-1 Main Street are seeking a development agreement to allow for the construction of a single-unit dwelling and accessory structures at this location. The proposal is subject to a development agreement as a result of the lots location with the East Main Street "B" section of the Architectural Control Area.

Town Council passed a motion to enter into a development agreement with the Applicant on Tuesday, October 16th, 2018. Appeals must be made directly to the Nova Scotia Utility & Review Board prior to the end of the 14-day appeal period beginning October 23rd, 2018.
